Targeted restoration work was carried out on a residential rooftop, addressing both masonry and waterproofing requirements. The scope included brick pointing, replacement of bulkhead bricks, and application of waterproofing at the bulkhead. Additional work involved replacing the rooftop door, restoring the skylight with integrated waterproofing, and repairing vent stacks.

A full exterior restoration was completed for a residential co-op building on the Upper West Side, with emphasis on structural integrity and façade renewal. The scope of work included lintel and brick replacement, pointing, limestone restoration, roofing, and waterproofing. Additional tasks involved parapet and corner repairs, window caulking, steam cleaning, and concrete restoration.

We completed a full exterior restoration project for a residential client, addressing structural and aesthetic needs. Our work included corner and brick replacement, pointing, lintel and parapet repair, and roofing upgrades. Furthermore, pavers were installed, a rooftop deck with wood partitions and benches was constructed, and custom coping stones were added.

Exterior restoration was performed on a residential building in Midtown Manhattan, with a focus on repairing deteriorated masonry elements. Damaged bricks were removed and replaced to restore both structural integrity and visual uniformity. Corroded lintels were replaced to reinforce support above window openings. The project also included pointing and caulking to seal joints and protect against water infiltration.

Façade restoration was completed for two adjacent residential buildings on the Upper East Side, with a focus on preserving exterior integrity. The scope included replacing bricks affected by spalling and cracking, repointing deteriorated mortar joints to reinforce the masonry, and applying caulking around windows and expansion joints to enhance waterproofing and energy efficiency. The work contributed to both the structural longevity and visual appeal of the buildings.

Aging exterior elements were addressed at a residential building near Morningside Heights through a targeted façade restoration project. Work included replacement of damaged bricks and corroded lintels, sealing of joints through pointing and caulking, and restoration of decorative limestone features. The first-floor façade was also cleaned to highlight architectural details and refresh the building’s street presence.

We completed exterior restoration work for a community facility in Hamilton Heights, addressing both structural repairs and protective finishes. The project included brick pointing, lintel replacement, caulking, and selective brick replacement. Stucco repairs were carried out on damaged areas, followed by the application of Thorocoat to provide a uniform, weather-resistant finish.

A comprehensive exterior and interior renovation was completed for a multi-unit residential building in Inwood. The scope included building pointing, brick replacement, parapet reconstruction, and lintel and sill replacement. Major upgrades also involved window replacement, front ramp and stoop construction, roofing, concrete repairs, and full fire escape restoration. Interior work consisted of a complete gut renovation to modernize all units and building systems.

A complete interior gut renovation was performed on a residential apartment to create a modern, functional living environment. The project included demolition of existing finishes and reconfiguration of the layout, followed by the installation of a new kitchen with updated cabinetry and appliances, full bathroom renovations with new tile and fixtures, and hardwood flooring throughout. Interior partitions were rebuilt to improve room flow and optimize use of space, resulting in a fully upgraded and refined residence.
