Post & Lintel is a New York City architecture, engineering, and construction management firm. We specialize in façade inspections, Local Law compliance, building filings, and construction oversight — work that keeps buildings safe and running. Our team is small, focused, and hands-on. Every person here has a direct impact on the work we deliver.

Open Roles

Project Manager

Full-Time — Long Island City, NY

Oversee façade inspection and construction management projects from start to close-out. Coordinate filings, contractors, and client communication across multiple active jobs.

Field Inspector

Full-Time — New York City

Conduct close-range exterior observations for Local Law 11, parapet, retaining wall, and parking structure inspections. Document conditions and assist in report preparation.

Architectural Designer

Full-Time — Long Island City, NY

Produce construction documents, as-built drawings, and DOB filing packages. Experience with NYC building code and zoning preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit required.

DOB Expeditor / Filing Coordinator

Full-Time — Long Island City, NY

Manage permit applications, track filings through DOB NOW, coordinate approvals and sign-offs, and resolve objections. Familiarity with NYC DOB processes required.

Construction Manager

Full-Time — New York City

Manage contractor coordination, site logistics, and compliance across active construction and façade repair projects. Experience with NYC agency requirements preferred.

Administrative Coordinator

Full-Time — Long Island City, NY

Support project tracking, client correspondence, scheduling, and internal operations. Detail-oriented candidates with experience in a professional services environment preferred.
